Our experience with Heiler was great. They made quick work of both our estimate and the work itself. They stayed on budget and the end result was awesome (bedroom and some hallways). I am so glad that we chose Heiler painting - after doing a fair amount of searching I found Heiler and they are true professionals from start to finish. They were able to accommodate our job in an incredibly timely fashion, it was a very large job and everything was kept on schedule and executed exactly as they said it would be. I had the pleasure of working with Gary as my point of contact and project manager and he was exceptional - I was debating between colors and he answered my texts at any time of day to provide helpful feedback and considerations with my choices - they were communicative, skillful, fairly priced, prompt, and just wonderful to deal with. Over the years they have painted our exterior and interior in full a couple times as well as various smaller jobs. The work has always been excellent and the guys are always great. Heiler painted the exterior of my 1870's house that had significant trim water damage. They did an excellent job. They have an excellent team and process in place, using the project manager and site manager to ensure that quality work is done in a timely manner. Job changes were done without drama. The site was maintained and cleaned at all times. At the end of each day, it was difficult to note that an ongoing job was taking place. The prep and finish work was excellent. I had a lot of old wallpaper removed and then painting in a very large area. They had a whole team of workers who were very good. They probably weren't the least expensive but for such a big job it was done very professionally and relatively fast. Barbara Glaser

We recently had both outdoor and indoor painting done by Heiler Painting. The process started with a knock on our door, Avi introducing himself, and giving us a no-pressure introduction to the company. We soon had an appointment scheduled with Michael, the estimator, and arranged for the job to begin 5 days later. We were so impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of their staff that we never got another estimate. They also arranged for Leslie to assist in paint color selection, which was a major help to streamline the process. The outdoor and indoor painting staff arrived as scheduled, were courteous in their interactions, careful in their work, and asked questions as appropriate. Their supervisor Gary arrived each day to insure the progress of their work and iron out any issues. Cleanliness and care for the property was excellent. Heiler provided the highest quality paint job that we have ever experienced

Great experience with the Heiler Painting company. The job was to paint our hallway from the first to the third floor in less than 5 days. The painters were attentive to details, and Nate, the foreman, during the first walk-through listened to our special requests and all those requests were completed flawlessly. I had Heiler paint the exterior of my house in Rose Valley. It came out great, the crew was terrific - careful, pleasant, attentive to detail. The price was reasonable. They did everything they agreed to, and more. I recommend them VERY highly!(There was one glitch: The schedulers did not keep track of our appointments well. So be sure to confirm a couple of days before, both for estimate and for job start. They did deal with the scheduling problem promptly and politely. No biggie.) Mary MacLachlan

We have used Heiler Painting for our last three painting projects, one interior and two exterior. Each time they've been very professional, responsive and focused on making sure the work was done as scheduled and completed to my satisfaction. Most recently, Heiler painted the entire exterior of our never before painted circa 1865 stucco house. Dee, the Scheduler, was communicative and flexible, and the Project Manager, Gary, was particularly helpful and patient in choosing the color. Elias, the foreman, and his crew did a great job and they also cleaned up well afterwards. This recent positive experience was very much in line with the prior two jobs with Heiler so I'm more than happy to recommend them. Bill McGeehan

I contacted Heiler Painting for a quote to paint my garage. I just had a handicap bathroom installed for my husband who was diagnosed with ALS in February of 2022. Heiler Painting donated their time to complete my project free of charge. The process of setting up the appointment was seamless.
